A useful idea from a useful life

Meet Lloyd.

Lloyd was a carpenter, inventor, millwright, miner, artist, fisherman, storyteller, and conservator of Earth. He preferred making things with his hands to marketing them.

His son, a product-development engineer, worked out how to manufacture and package Akempucky for general distribution—with plenty of practical suggestions from Lloyd along the way.
