- It does form a skin over time. Scrape off the crusty skin layer to get to the good Akempucky® underneath. To minimize the amount of loss due to this, smooth out the surface of it after use (tamp it down with a nail head).
- Akempucky® is primarily wax. When it is cold (below 70° F) it may seem too hard to use. Warm it up slowly and it should be fine. For the tube, put it in your pocket for a half hour or so. For the tub, put it in a warm place for a few hours. Do not heat with open flame or to a temperature above 100° F. If you melt it, you will have a big mess to deal with.
